    This work item needs to be discussed/planned/budgetted
    This has been an ongoing issue for a number of years and will cost a significant amount of money.
    Pavement and stormwater drain lines have been damaged by trees roots and vehicle movements

    In my opinion, the trees are the ones causing this problem, we need to fix the trees problem first
