    Dear Strata Committee

    The Owners Corporation’s building insurance is due on 01.08.2022.

    Please find attached and below information for your review and decision.

    Please be advised these quotes and a voting slip were posted to Lot 9 also.

    SUU is your current insurer.

    May we have the committee’s group decision by 12 noon of 28.07.2022, please.

    Please note that if we’ve not received a response by 12 noon of 28.07.2022, we will proceed to insure with SUU as outlined in the proposal attached. This will enable us to maintain cover as required by legislation, thank you.

    Good afternoon,

    I support maintaining strata plan insurance with U.

    Does anyone not support the recommendation from Honan to stay with U.

    Prompt reply would be most appreciated and I’ll talk with Kevin to see if he agrees.
