I requested a follow up with council in relation to the tree application that was lodge in early May – council have advised the following:

Hi Zoe,

Thanks for your email. Our applications for tree pruning/removal are taking between 8-10 weeks for actioning at the moment. Due to both Covid and weather delays, the department are still playing catchup.

It has already been 6 weeks since it was lodged. We will follow up again in 2 weeks’ time as their time frame is 8-10 weeks as they mentioned above.

As requested, please find below explanation of tree locations as per tree permit and original application diagram,

• Photo identifying a tree as No. 1, is Tree 3 of the permit
• Photo identifying a tree as No. 2, is Tree 4 of the permit
• Photo identifying a tree as No. 3, is Tree 5 of the permit
• Photo identifying a tree as No. 4, is Tree 6 of the permit
• Only 4 x trees were identified on the driveway as per the map submitted with the application, it is possible the photo identifying a tree as No. 5 is growing from the neighbour’s yard or one of the three trees located at the rear of the property.
• Only 3 x trees were identified at the rear of the property as per the map submitted with the application

I believe it is important to work on the trees as they have brought and will continue to bring a lot of big trouble to us and make our building’s value decrease
But it would be a big project and we should consult with all owners
May I ask for your favour to point out which trees council not allow to remove , on the drive way ? I have marked 1 to 5 to those trees, as below
