    Hi everyone,
    Another problem with the existing doors is that the glass is not safety glass and we risk someone being cut badly in the event of a glass breakage.
    The bottom panel on the RHS door has a big crack across it and a temporary repair has been carried out to stop the glass from falling out.
    Safety concerns are my main reason for recommending replacement of the RHS door.

    Hi all,
    What do we have to do to make this work go ahead?
    I don’t want my unit flooded again.
    It looks like we have agreement to repair the roof from –
    * Unit 9 (Kevin Franklin and I have discussed and Kevin is in favour of the work being done by our trusted roof contractor Pristine). Kevin does not use email which is why I am communicating his decisions to this forum.
    * Unit 8 (Tim Moore)
    * Unit 16 (Sam)

    Not sure whether Units 2, 3, 6, 13 are in favour.

    John,
    Are all of their views required before we can advise Clisdell’s of the Body Corporates decision?
    I will contact Davorin (Unit 6) and try to get him to sign into this forum to get his views.
    Can you please do the same for Units 2 and 13?
